Looking for an experienced VIP Manager to join a growing iGaming team!
⭐️ IMPORTANT: English level B2+ is a MUST. Daily communication with players is conducted in English via chats, calls, and email.
📌 Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of VIP players • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients • Conduct regular communication through messengers, calls, and email • Provide personalized offers (cashback, bonuses, free spins, free bets) • Handle client requests and escalations • Collect feedback and prepare reports • Monitor bonus issuance and compliance with T&Cs
✅ Requirements: • 1.5–2+ years of experience in iGaming / Online Casino • Strong VIP customer service experience • Experience handling objections and difficult situations • Excellent communication skills • English B2+ (spoken and written) — mandatory • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
➕ Nice to have: • Experience with iGaming CRM systems
