This is a role with significant ownership and the opportunity to truly influence the product and the company's development.

What you will do:

— Develop the cross-border payments domain from idea to scaling — Build a payment product from scratch: vision, roadmap, delivery — Work with licensing and regulatory requirements (EU, Canada, Switzerland, UAE, etc.) — Interact directly with the engineering team (5–15 people) — Create PRD/BRD and manage unit economics — Work at the intersection of business / compliance / legal / engineering

Experience that will be particularly relevant:

— B2B crypto/payments — Launching payment products from scratch — Fluent English
