We are looking for a Senior EDR Support Engineer to support EDR agents and server infrastructure, automate engineering tasks, and ensure reliable telemetry collection and processing for the SOC.

What you will be doing:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain EDR server infrastructure
• Support the implementation and operation of EDR agents in conjunction with customer administrators
• Diagnose and resolve issues with telemetry collection and processing
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Ansible
• Consult with customers and interact with adjacent teams to resolve technical issues
• The role involves on-site visits to customers, primarily within the city. Occasional business trips are possible

What is important to us:

• Experience with Linux installation, configuration, and administration
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
• Understanding of networks and the TCP/IP stack, network diagnostics skills, and Linux firewall configuration — iptables or similar tools
• Experience with virtualization systems: VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Proxmox, or others
• Skills in working with PostgreSQL: installation, configuration, administration, and writing SQL queries
• Experience using Ansible for infrastructure deployment and configuration
• Ability to analyze logs and identify the causes of software failures
• Experience working with endpoint protection software: AV and/or EDR solutions
• Understanding of TLS principles and experience with configuring and supporting certificates

What else is important to us, but we can consider candidates without it:

• PowerShell scripting skills
• Understanding of SCCM operation
• Experience administering Kafka and ZooKeeper
• Experience supporting Elasticsearch clusters and working with log collection and processing tools: Logstash, Vector, Filebeat
