Game Designer

Hi! We are a small team creating games for PC and consoles, as well as implementing gamification projects. Currently, we have two PC projects in development in the management simulator genre.

We are looking for a Game Designer for part-time work, who will be responsible for one of the projects (a 2D zoo management simulator in the style of Gravity Falls + pixel art), and in the future will become a key Game Designer for the team. Your responsibilities will include:

• creating LLD concepts for mechanics, transforming them into detailed technical specifications for programmers and artists;
• writing dialogues and game texts;
• creating quests;
• assembling all of the above into a single game :)

What we expect:

• game design experience in any project that has reached release (management sims, tycoons, city-builders, economic strategies and/or cozy games are preferred);
• extensive playtime in indie projects;
• the ability to turn an idea into technical specifications that are understandable to the implementer;
• the ability to work independently without supervisors and team leads.
