📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus 🏢 Work format: Office only (Full-time) 💶 Salary: €2,000–3,000 net (negotiable based on experience)

We are looking for a Partner Investment & Performance Manager to join our team! If you know how to analyze partner performance, make data-driven decisions, and want to influence the development of an international product – we would be happy to meet you! 🚀

⚠️ Important: We are considering candidates who are already in and residing in Limassol (Cyprus) ONLY. ❌ Remote format, hybrid, and relocation are not considered.

🔥 What you will be doing

✅ Analyzing partners, influencers, streamers, Telegram channels, and media resources. ✅ Assessing traffic potential, audience, and placement effectiveness. ✅ Launching advertising campaigns using Fixed Fee, Hybrid, and other models. ✅ Analyzing streams, integrations, and results of advertising placements. ✅ Calculating ROI, profit, deposits, FTD, and other performance metrics. ✅ Making decisions on scaling, re-testing, or stopping cooperation. ✅ Maintaining reports and developing successful partners.

🎯 We expect from you

✔️ Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Media Buying. ✔️ Strong analytical skills. ✔️ Experience working with advertising integrations or partners. ✔️ Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. ✔️ Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel. ✔️ English language for work communication.

⭐ Will be a plus

➕ Experience in iGaming / Betting / Casino. ➕ Working with influencers and streamers. ➕ Knowledge of CPA, Hybrid, Revenue Share, and Fixed Fee models. ➕ Understanding of MENA, Africa, or Asia markets.
