What you'll get to do:
- Contribute to product strategy development and presentation
- Create and prioritize the product feature roadmap
- Achieve key metric targets
- Conduct market and user research to identify growth opportunities
- Make data-driven decisions, monitor metrics, and work with analytics systems
- Optimize the business model and monetization capabilities of the product
- Run A/B tests with the analytics team and manage the experiment backlog
- Coordinate a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and analysts
- Work with the marketing team on product promotion strategy
- Collaborate with the art team on content strategy
- Guide and mentor your product management teammates
Required skills:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2C or B2B2C products
- Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Advanced project management skills and a record of completing projects on time
- Experience developing both growth and core product components
- Hands-on experience with analytics and A/B testing
