CPO at Headshot agency (Dating)

Responsibilities: • Define and implement product strategy and monetization strategy • Form and manage the product roadmap • Be responsible for end-to-end product and project processes • Lead product analytics, data analysis, and metrics monitoring • Manage the development team and ensure efficient project implementation

Requirements: • Deep understanding of Muslim culture and mentality to keep the product authentic and relevant to users • Proven experience in end-to-end B2C product management in a CPO role • Strong sense of product ownership (not just execution, but product stewardship) • English and Russian proficiency at B2+ level
