Sales Development Representative

Mediacube is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a new project!

We're launching a new direction that helps companies with physical operations participate in AI data collection projects. From warehouses and manufacturing facilities to retail and logistics businesses, their operational data is used to train the next generation of AI models.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll identify potential partners, engage decision-makers through multichannel outbound, and generate qualified meetings. This is an opportunity to join a project at an early stage and directly contribute to building its outbound sales process.

What are you going to do?

1. Research and identify companies that match our target profile;
2. Build and maintain high-quality lead lists using LinkedIn, databases, and other research tools;
3. Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls;
4. Write personalized outreach messages tailored to each prospect;
5. Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers;
6. Keep CRM updated with lead status, communication history, and next steps.

You are perfect for us if:

1. You have 1+ year of experience in cold B2B outbound sales or lead generation;
2. You have experience with multichannel outbound (email, LinkedIn, and calls);
3. You have hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Outreach, or similar tools;
4. You have strong written communication skills and can craft concise, personalized outreach messages;
5. You are self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment;
6. Your English level is Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
