Payments / FinOps Specialist

Project: PDF editor for Tier-1 markets.

We are looking for a specialist with practical experience with Stripe and payment products. Experience with SaaS products is desirable.

What needs to be done:

— Work with Stripe and control payment operations — Process and appeal disputes / chargebacks — Analyze the causes of disputes and propose solutions to reduce their number — Analyze payment indicators and financial metrics — Make forecasts and participate in financial planning — Propose product and operational solutions to optimize the payment direction — Interact with Product, Finance, and the technical team

What is important:

— Practical experience with Stripe — Experience in Payments / FinTech / SaaS products — Understanding of chargebacks and dispute management — Strong analytical skills — Experience in financial planning and forecasting — Understanding of the payment product from the user and business perspective
