General Responsibilities:
- Lead a distributed team of ML engineers
- Assign tasks, distribute roles, and monitor work execution in accordance with established deadlines.
- Conduct code and architectural solution reviews, ensuring high quality of developed solutions.
- Develop and implement coding standards and practices, as well as testing methodologies.
- Manage projects from idea to implementation, including research, architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define the technical strategy and architecture of projects based on modern AI and ML technologies.
- Research new technologies and tools to improve development processes and increase team efficiency.
General Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a team lead role;
- Education: Higher technical education (Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, Cybersecurity);
- Level: senior/lead ML engineer + managerial experience (Tech Lead / AI Team Lead);
- English Proficiency: B2–C1 level or higher (technical and business correspondence, reading scientific articles);
- Ability to manage projects from idea to implementation, including research, architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring.
