Team Lead Java

Relocation | Uzbekistan

We are inviting a Team Lead Java to join a fintech company in Uzbekistan (office-based format, no remote work available)

Desired experience: • 5+ years of commercial Java development • 1–2 years of experience leading a development team • Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate • Experience with Postgres or Oracle DB • Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito • Linux skills • Understanding of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns • Readiness to relocate to Tashkent (work in the office, no remote work)

Responsibilities: • Development and support of the current application • Development of unit and integration tests for new and existing functionality • Participation in software deployment and implementation • Participation in training and development of developers in the department • Architecture design for complex tasks • Code review
