We are looking for a Junior specialist for the Promo team with the opportunity to grow into Promo Manager and take over your own GEO.
— set up and launch bonuses and promo campaigns; — control the correctness of bonus accruals and conditions; — interact with CRM, Analytics, Tech, and Support teams; — set tasks for improvements and monitor their completion; — monitor bonus abuse; — analyze promo results: ; — maintain reporting and documentation for campaigns.
What we expect: — preferably from 1 year of experience in iGaming, but we are ready to consider strong candidates with less experience; — understanding of Casino / Betting mechanics and bonus offers; — confident Excel / Google Sheets user; — attention to numbers and details; — English for working with interfaces and documentation; — experience with CRM, Jira, and admin/bonus panels will be a plus.
