Vacancy: Founding Engineer

Unimatch Lab - AI driven Venture Studio from Silicon Valley. We are building a portfolio of AI-driven products: consumer AI products, smart devices, local LLM clusters, memory layer, orchestration, AI software for infrastructure and computing.

What you will do:

✅ Design and implement backend: models, APIs, authorization, migrations, background tasks ✅ Connect frontend or mobile as needed ✅ Perform integrations ✅ Set up CI/CD, staging, production release, rollback ✅ Prepare minimal runbook and README ✅ Show demos during the cycle and hand over the finished result

Must have:

✅ 5+ years of experience as a full-stack JS engineer ✅ Strong backend with Node.js / TypeScript ✅ Production release experience ✅ Ability to independently build a solution from task to deployment ✅ Product mindset: narrow down scope, choose MVP, explain trade-offs ✅ Experience with AI-assisted development: Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar ✅ Portfolio, code, demo, PR, or other artifacts ✅ English from B1

Will be a plus:

✅ Experience in product companies, startups, or venture studios ✅ LLM / RAG / agents / vector DBs ✅ LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Claude, MCP ✅ Next.js, React Native, Expo, GraphQL ✅ Observability: OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar

Important:

A profile with primarily frontend experience will not be suitable. We need an engineer who confidently handles backend, delivery, and production.
