Full-Stack Engineer

About Us:

We are building a proactive healthcare system – a multi-agent AI platform that interacts with a person before they become a patient. In production: 12+ specialized agents, LangGraph orchestration, Claude/GPT/Gemini, RAG, a voice agent, WhatsApp as the main channel. We have an MVP, first paying users, and a working infrastructure on AWS. The founders are not on their first startup, with a previous exit in health tech.

What you will do:

• Develop the multi-agent architecture: new agents, routing, safety logic, evaluation of dialogue quality
• Design and write code: backend, APIs, AI/ML pipelines
• Own the AWS infrastructure: deployment, monitoring, optimization
• Write frontend (React/TS) for internal tools
• Make architectural decisions together with the founders – no middle management layers

Who we are looking for:

• Full-Stack Engineer with 3–5 years of commercial experience
• Production experience with LLM systems more complex than a single agent: prompt engineering, RAG, orchestration, understanding the limits of LLMs
• Strong backend in Python, confident frontend on React/TS
• Independent management of AWS in production
• Ability to design systems, not just write code
• Healthcare/regulatory knowledge (GDPR, HIPAA) – a plus, but not mandatory

• Path to CTO for the right candidate
