Responsibilities:

• Legal support of projects at all stages of implementation. • Support of customer business units within project activities. • Development of project contractual framework and complex contractual structures; development of standard contract forms. • Contractual expertise, preparation of other contractual documentation, preparation of legal opinions and memos. • Preparation for audit reporting on foreign business units.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education. • At least 3 years of experience in independent project legal support and C-level risk management. • Experience supporting IT companies with expertise in iGaming and high-risk, focus on international law. • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to structure information and form clear conclusions with legal justification. • Experience in automating legal processes.

Will be a plus:

• AI proficiency.
