We at Cybernet AI are looking for a QA Engineer who wants to grow in the field of artificial intelligence and voice technologies. You will work with AI agents and ML services, helping to make our products even higher quality and more reliable.

What we expect from you?

— QA Engineer work experience of 1 year or more. — Basic Python knowledge. — API testing experience. — Experience in writing test cases, checklists, and bug reports. — Ability to work with logs and analyze errors. — Understanding of the software development life cycle. — English at a conversational level.

Will be a plus:

— Understanding of how ML models work. — Experience testing AI/ML products. — Experience testing voice interfaces, chatbots, or speech technologies. — Knowledge of ML model quality metrics.

What will you be doing?

— Testing AI agents, ML services, and voice systems. — Checking APIs, user scenarios, and business scenarios. — Analyzing errors, working with logs, and finding the causes of incorrect operation. — Creating test cases, checklists, and bug reports. — Participating in improving testing processes and product quality.
