📍 What's important: — experience in building or reassembling a quality control function from scratch — understanding of metrics (CSAT, SLA, FCR) and the ability to influence them — implementation of standards, checklists, QA processes — work with contact centers and customer service
📍 Role objective: — build a manageable quality system — link metrics to real customer problems — influence processes and product through quality
