Due to team growth, we are looking for an experienced Art Lead

🎯 Responsibilities • Art leadership for the visuals of marketing creatives and development of art expertise within the team • Preparation and improvement of visual solutions for videos and playables • Feedback at all stages — from 2D concepts to final 3D renders • Building and optimizing art pipelines • Mentoring and developing artists

🔎 Requirements • Experience as a 2D/3D Artist and a strong artistic foundation • Full cycle: 2D concepts → final 3D renders • Blender (or equivalent) + Photoshop • Confident work with AI (Midjourney, SD, ComfyUI, etc.) • Understanding of 3D, rendering, and game pipelines • Experience in game or advertising creatives
