Creative manager (creatives for mobile games)

The video production department is the creative core of the company. There is no room for routine here; it's a constant flow of innovation and creative solutions. The main areas of video production include: creating 2D and 3D animated creatives, UGC content, and using AI generations. We are actively growing in both project volume and task complexity, and it's important for us that each unit in the team maintains momentum for growth and development.

What's important to us:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Creative Manager
• Knowledge of mobile advertising market trends
• Experience in writing technical specifications for video clips
• Experience in overseeing the development of creatives for mobile games from idea to implementation
• Ability to decompose a creative into its components and understand the key factors of its success
• Experience in any gaming segments: from midcore to hardcore mobile games;
• Portfolio required;
• Proficient English (the main part of the advertising is focused on the English-speaking audience);
• Experience in writing game texts and scripts.

What you'll be doing:

• Mobile game market research;
• Knowledge of game design trends;
• Discussing briefs with creative producers;
• Developing new game concept mechanics;
• Writing engaging scripts for video clips;
• Supervising all stages of creative preparation.
