Creative Producer (GameDev)

The video production department is the creative core of the company. There is no room for routine here; it's a constant flow of innovation and creative solutions. The main areas of video production include: creating 2D and 3D animated creatives, UGC content, and utilizing AI generations. We are actively growing in both the number of projects and the complexity of tasks, and it's important for us that each unit in the team maintains the momentum of growth and development.

Due to active growth, we are looking for a Creative Producer to help shape the creative strategy and generate ideas for advertising creatives for mobile games of various genres.

🚀 Responsibilities:

• Briefing clients in Russian and English
• Developing a creative strategy for creating video creatives/commercials for mobile games (ideas, scripts, mechanics)
• Conducting competitor research
• Identifying trends and new mechanics for projects
• Analyzing results
• Supervising the briefing department (1-2 managers in the team)

💥 Experience Essentials:

• Fluent English (!)
• Creativity
• Experience in creating briefs for mobile games of different genres
• Experience in developing creative strategies
• Ability to conduct competitor research
• Experience implementing new trends and mechanics in projects
• Ability to analyze results for developing new strategies
• Client management experience
