• You are comfortable making decisions based on both data and creative expertise and can clearly explain which signals led you to a particular hypothesis
• You treat unsuccessful tests as a source of learning: you can identify what may have gone wrong, formulate next steps, and continue developing a promising idea rather than shifting responsibility to another team
• You are also comfortable working independently. Our target model is for the Creative Producer to develop the strategy and direction, while the lead helps challenge and strengthen it rather than providing ready-made ideas for execution.
