Job Description
G5 Games is a Swedish developer and publisher of mobile games played by over 250 million people worldwide. Our hits like Sherlock, Hidden City®, and Jewels of Rome® are topping charts and continue to grow. We believe that strong leaders create strong teams – they are the ones who drive projects forward and help achieve new heights.
We are now looking for an experienced Fractional Creative Producer to take charge of organizing and coordinating creative production within internal and outsourced teams. You will be responsible for the production process, helping teams move faster from idea to tested creative, and searching for new creative winners that improve the game's early conversion funnel.
What you'll be doing:
- Testing product ideas at the creative level before their potential implementation in the product.
- Coordinating the work of creative units and helping teams form hypotheses with the potential to become creative winners or the basis for product solutions.
- Maintaining a working rhythm: planning creative sprints, conducting status syncs, monitoring deadlines, assisting with prioritization, and organizing retrospectives based on test results.
- Improving the format of creative sprints involving Creative, UA, Product, Analytics, and other teams.
- Helping translate ideas, performance data, market insights, and product hypotheses into clear creative directions for designers, motion designers, copywriters, and external contractors.
- Monitoring market signals, competitors, trends, and current campaign results to find new ideas for testing.
- Organizing the creative asset production process – from task assignment to final delivery of materials for launch.
- Ensuring that creatives meet platform requirements, product hypotheses, localization needs, technical specifications, and internal quality standards.
- Assisting in distributing tasks between internal teams and external contractors, considering business priorities, deadlines, task complexity, expected impact, and execution quality.
- Maintaining a transparent production pipeline: what's in ideation, what's in production, what's under review, what's ready for launch, and what requires iteration.
- Ensuring communication between UA, Creative, Product, Analytics, designers, and contractors.
- Ensuring all participants understand why a specific creative is being made, what hypothesis it's testing, how the result will be evaluated, and what the next steps are expected after the test.
- Helping to connect the results of creative tests with possible product improvements, especially in the early funnel, onboarding, and the initial stages of the game experience.
- Assisting in building a clear creative testing cycle: idea → production → launch → analysis → next iteration.
- Documenting test conclusions, identifying successful patterns, unsuccessful hypotheses, and directions for further experiments.
- Identifying bottlenecks in the process: unclear briefs, long reviews, designer overload, weak prioritization, task duplication, or loss of learnings after tests.
- Proposing improvements to processes, templates, communication, and the structure of creative units' work.
What we expect:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the gaming industry (required).
- Ability to create marketing creative concepts for performance goals, understanding of mobile user acquisition and the specifics of the production process.
- Good basic analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Focus on the final result, ability to assemble situational teams around a specific project and lead them to success.
What we offer:
- Flexible remote collaboration without location ties.
- Transparent processes, clear communication, and timely feedback.
- Timely payments in accordance with agreed contract terms.
- Opportunity to work on interesting projects with an experienced team.
We look forward to your application!
