At Guli Games, we create games with a vibrant visual style, strong narratives, and unconventional gameplay mechanics. We are currently looking for an experienced Creative Producer for our flagship project — Legendale.
Legendale
A 3D farm/adventure game for mobile platforms, combining elements of farming and adventure. This is an ambitious project that we are building from scratch, aiming to make it a leader in its genre.
About the role
We are seeking a Creative Producer who will take responsibility for the creative strategy of performance marketing and the results of creatives in User Acquisition.
In this role, you will define creative development directions, form and test hypotheses, make decisions on scaling approaches, and work with traffic acquisition data.
Responsibilities
Creative Strategy
- Own the creative strategy for the project's performance marketing
- Define key creative approaches, formats, and development directions (static / video / playable / AI)
- Formulate a creative development roadmap and a backlog of creative hypotheses
- Prioritize testing and scaling of creative approaches
Working with Results
- Analyze creative performance (CPI, CTR, IPM, CTI, CPM, Retention, etc.)
- Make decisions on scaling, iterating, or stopping creative hypotheses
- Formulate requirements for new creatives based on UA data and analytics
- Be accountable for creative results to the CMO
Collaboration and Processes
- Define requirements and technical specifications at the concept, approach, and hypothesis level
- Work with the PM and Lead Motion to ensure the implementation of the creative strategy
- Collaborate with the UA team, analytics, and CMO as the owner of the creative direction
- Participate in the evaluation and development of creative production
AI and Innovations
- Develop a strategy for using AI tools in creative production
- Implement AI approaches in ideation and production
- Track and adapt trends in performance creative and the mobile game market
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience as a Creative Producer / Creative Lead
- Experience owning a creative strategy for performance marketing
- Understanding of key creative metrics (CPI, CTR, IPM, CTI, CPM, Retention, etc.)
- Understanding of design and editing principles at a level sufficient for evaluation and task assignment
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
- Experience with hypotheses, testing, and scaling creatives
- Experience collaborating with UA teams and analytics
- Experience using AI tools in creative production
- Excellent awareness of current creative trends in the mobile game market and performance creative, with the ability to adapt them for User Acquisition tasks
- Experience with projects at the level of Family Island / Klondike Adventures or similar (farm / hybrid monetization, LTV 180d+)
