Looking for a ❤️ Senior Creative Producer ❤️
We are VisionPro, a studio that creates creative advertising materials for mobile games and apps. Our clients are large international game studios, and we always maintain a high level of production.
What you'll be doing:
- Analyzing the mobile advertising market, searching for trends and successful mechanics in different genres.
- Generating ideas for videos and playables based on client requests and market signals.
- Managing a team of creative producers and developing the creative department: processes, pipeline, new approaches.
- Forming the creative strategy for projects together with the team and clients.
- Conducting brainstorms and helping the team find strong solutions.
- Interacting with production: artists, motion designers, developers, AI specialists.
- Working directly with clients: analyzing ad buying results and determining the future development of creatives.
- Mentoring producers and developing the team's expertise.
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer in mobile marketing.
- Experience managing a team of producers, creators, or production staff.
- Deep understanding of the mobile creative market and current trends.
- Experience with 2D, 3D, UGC, AI, Playable Ads formats.
- Understanding of the full creative production cycle: from idea to ad buying analysis.
- Ability to decompose a creative and find solutions for marketing tasks.
- Understanding of UA metrics (CTR, CR, CPI, IPM, CPM, Retention) and the ability to rely on them in your work.
- Ability to clearly and argumentatively communicate ideas orally and in writing.
Will be a plus: experience in building processes and optimizing team work.
