Your tasks will include
- Client Interaction
Act as the main point of contact for clients, accept and process orders, share project progress, and deliver final creatives according to client requirements and deadlines.
- Idea Generation
Develop and formulate ideas (banners, videos, etc.) based on current industry trends and audience preferences.
- Task Assignment and Management
Assign tasks to performers considering their skills and workload, ensure deadlines are met, and track progress using a task tracker.
- Feedback and Quality Control
Provide clear and constructive feedback to performers, maintain a high standard of quality, and ensure tasks align with project goals and ideas.
- Process Coordination
Foster teamwork and regularly inform stakeholders about task progress.
- Rapid Adaptation to Innovation
Be open to new ideas and technologies, including AI, adapt to changes, and seek innovative approaches to improve creative production processes.
