We are looking for a Creative Producer with UGC experience to join our team.
We have a horizontal team of professionals, where every employee has the opportunity to voice and implement their ideas.
🚀 Responsibilities:
- Briefing clients in Russian and English
- Developing creative strategies for creating video creatives and advertising videos for mobile games: ideas, scripts, mechanics, and formats
- Developing UGC creatives: ideas, concepts, scripts, hooks, and video structures
- Conducting competitor research
- Searching for trends and new mechanics for projects
- Selecting appropriate UGC formats, references, and approaches for project tasks
- Preparing detailed briefs for UGC creators and assigning tasks to executors
- Searching for and selecting UGC creators for specific tasks
- Communicating with creators, monitoring deadlines, and collecting feedback
- Overseeing the production of UGC creatives from concept to finished video
- Analyzing creative performance and using the obtained data to develop new approaches
💥 Experience that matters:
- Fluent English (!)
- Creativity
- Experience working with UGC creatives for mobile games / apps
- Understanding of UGC specifics: hooks, narrative structure, native presentation, working with creators
- Experience in creating UGC briefs and assigning tasks to creators
- Experience in developing creative strategies
- Experience in searching for and selecting UGC creators
- Ability to conduct competitor research
- Understanding of trends and the ability to implement new formats and mechanics into projects
- Ability to work with a large number of variations of a single creative and quickly test new approaches
- Ability to analyze creative performance and use it to develop new strategies
- Client management experience
