ChillBase is an independent and innovative gaming studio focused on creating outstanding products.
The team is developing OneState, a mobile Social RolePlay game built on Unity. The Art team uses AAA production processes and advanced Art-Tech tools, including splat masks, vertex painting, procedural generation, and shaders.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing creative strategy.
- Generating ideas and creating briefs for videos, playables, and static creatives.
- Conducting competitor analysis.
- Collaborating with the art team and providing feedback to Unity, Unreal, 2D artists, and the playable team.
- Improving the overall quality of creatives.
- Working with external contractors and providing feedback.
- Creating guides in Confluence when new processes appear.
- Using AI tools in daily work.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in the gaming industry, ideally with RolePlay projects.
- Understanding of user acquisition (UA) and key metrics, including product metrics, with the ability to analyze data and formulate hypotheses.
- Ability to analyze competitors, identify top-performing creatives on the market, and adapt them for the project.
- Knowledge of ASO.
- Understanding of how creatives are produced in Unreal and Unity.
- Experience teaching or mentoring others.
- Experience working with contractors and providing structured feedback.
- Experience working with AI tools.
- A portfolio that includes 3D creatives.
- Native Russian language.
