About your role

We are looking for a Creative Screenwriter to join our team working on the new project (3D mobile 4x strategy).

What you’ll be doing

Generate advertising concepts for video and playable ads from scratch, and develop hypotheses for creative iteration and scaling.
Create scripts, storyboards, briefs, and technical specifications for creative production.
Research competitors, market trends, references, and best practices to identify new creative opportunities.
Coordinate production by assigning tasks to 3D artists and developers, and provide feedback throughout the production process.
Collaborate with the UA team and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.
Analyze creative performance, identify insights, and propose new testing hypotheses.

We hope that you have

Experience creating scripts, concepts, or briefs for advertising videos, digital content, film, or TV.
Understand the creative production process and animation fundamentals.
Interested in the gaming industry and understand game mechanics and player motivation.
