Vacancy Description: A game studio is looking for a Creative Producer to promote an open-world MMO. The game is on Steam, has 300K+ players, is actively developing, and is launching on the international market.

🎯 What needs to be done:

• Generate ideas and write scripts for advertising creatives
• Write briefs and technical specifications for designers, involving freelancers if necessary
• Edit videos and create creatives for digital channels: Google, Meta, TikTok, Yandex, YouTube, bloggers, landing pages, Steam
• Adapt game mechanics and features for advertising formats in Russian and English
• Participate in A/B tests and improve creatives based on data (CTR, CPI, conversions)
• Monitor competitors and catch trends before they become mainstream

🙌 Our expectations:

• 2+ years in creating advertising creatives in GameDev
• Experience with PC games – mandatory
• Understand performance marketing and know how to work with metrics
• Possess strong knowledge of gaming and digital advertising
• Love to create yourself and know when it's better to outsource the task
