Responsibilities
- research of data sources, automation of analytical tools, data export, writing complex queries
- collection, research, and analysis of information by working with databases
- writing ad-hoc queries and selects in real-time, conducting data mining
- organizing interaction with business customers and related teams, forming business requirements and their implementation
- creating reports and visualizations for users
- designing and developing data tables, integrating them into the production environment
- documenting technical processes, including methodology, data processing scenarios, and maintaining Confluence pages
- conducting verification and improvement of data quality, participation in testing of created solutions
- searching for opportunities to optimize business processes through data analytics.
Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- experience with databases, confident knowledge of SQL and Python languages is mandatory
- experience with Greenplum, Hadoop platforms, understanding of principles of working with Hive, Spark, Impala tools
- advanced skills in working with the Microsoft Office suite
- experience in finance, telecommunications, or IT is an advantage
- excellent communication skills, ability to find common ground with colleagues and clients.
