About the team and the role:
WHI Solutions, an eBay company, powers Nexpart, the leading B2B ecommerce platform in the automotive aftermarket. Nexpart connects distributors, repair facilities, and enterprise partners across North America, enabling them to manage catalog data, pricing, inventory visibility, and online ordering across complex supply chains.
Through integrations with distributor business systems, repair shop management platforms, and industry catalog providers Nexpart supports millions of part lookups and transactions that keep repair shops running and vehicles on the road.
We are seeking a Product Manager to help drive the next phase of Nexpart’s growth. This role provides opportunity to work with enterprise customer needs, and scalable future platform development.
What you will accomplish:
- Own a defined area of the Nexpart roadmap, prioritizing what should be built, when, and why based on customer needs and business priorities.
- Work directly with enterprise customers and industry partners to understand operational challenges and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
- Turn complex workflows into clearly defined product features that enable Engineering and QA can build, test, and delivery with quality.
- Work closely with customers to solve real business needs while ensuring solutions scale across the platform and strengthen the long-term product.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to bring new releases to market, ensuring internal teams can clearly and consistently communicate the product's value to customers.
- Measure feature performance and adoption post launch, using data and customer feedback to continuously refine product direction.
- Represent the product in customer conversations and select industry events, gathering insights and bringing back feedback that helps shape the product direction.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce, with direct ownership of a product area and measurable impact on revenue, adoption, or operational performance.
- Experience building and evolving integration-heavy platforms such as catalog systems, pricing engines, APIs, or ERP-connected solutions, with the ability to navigate technical trade-offs alongside engineering.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise discovery and manage complex stakeholder environments, translating ambiguous requirements into clear, execution-ready documentation.
- Strong prioritization skills in environments where enterprise commitments, commercial outcomes, and platform scalability must be balanced.
- Data-driven decision making, including defining success metrics upfront and using adoption and performance data to inform roadmap direction.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, QA, Sales, and Marketing without direct authority.
- Experience in automotive aftermarket, sophisticated B2B marketplaces, or similarly data- and pricing-intensive domains strongly preferred.
Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $92,800 - $160,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
