We are looking for a strong Product Manager to join the Supply team. You will be responsible for developing the product at the intersection of seller experience and warehouse logistics. You will directly influence key business metrics through the implementation of strategic initiatives in several key areas:
Supply Management: optimization of receiving and invoice processing procedures
Seller-Warehouse Interaction: improving the quality of communication between sellers and fulfillment centers
Reducing OOS: developing mechanisms to prevent stockouts
Product Time-to-Market: accelerating the product's journey from supplier to the storefront
Scaling and continuous development of the Supply product for sellers
Forming a strategic roadmap: from MVP to scaling and improving UX
Participation in the discovery process: generating and validating product hypotheses in the B2B segment
Discovery of operational processes, identification of growth points and areas for optimization
Conducting user research with sellers and warehouse teams
Designing and launching experiments, taking into account process constraints
Tracking key metrics: OOS, TTM, warehouse CSAT, supply throughput
Forming and prioritizing the direction's backlog
Preparing and defending OKRs, monitoring execution
Together with the team lead — preparing and monitoring roadmap implementation
Working with cross-functional teams: warehouse, commerce, seller support, analytics, design, and development
Balancing interests between operational efficiency and seller needs
Automating key stages and improving internal processes
Product Manager experience of 5+ years — in e-commerce, marketplaces, or logistics
Hands-on experience launching B2B or B2B2C products: from discovery to release
Skills in forming strategic roadmaps and writing product requirements (PRD)
Experience with key product metrics: OOS, fill rate, throughput, CSAT
Ability to speak the same language as analysts and developers
Understanding of methodologies for conducting user interviews and extracting insights
Strong communication and facilitation skills, ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
Experience with operational processes: warehouse logistics, receiving, implementing changes in operations
Understanding the specifics of B2B products and balancing the interests of different business units
