Product Manager - Belarus
Wildberries-Russ United Company is an international technology company formed as a result of a merger between two market leaders - the IT company Wildberries and the outdoor advertising operator Russ. We are looking for a Product Manager to join the digital financial services development team. You will be responsible for one of the key streams — from generating hypotheses and requirements to product launch and scaling.
What you will do
- Develop CJM and user stories, describe key user journeys and pain points;
- Collaborate with a business analyst to formalize requirements, prioritize the backlog, and monitor correct implementation;
- Set tasks for designers regarding screens, user flows, and functionality, ensuring UX/UI consistency;
- Participate in setting development tasks and follow them through to release;
- Analyze metrics, generate product hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and identify growth and optimization opportunities;
- Interact with partners (banks, payment providers, vendors) and internal teams — development, design, compliance, marketing;
- Monitor legislative and technological changes in fintech, identifying opportunities for new products and features;
- Prepare presentations, business cases, and reports for stakeholders.
Required experience and knowledge
- 2–3 years of experience as a product manager in a bank, payment service, or e-commerce;
- Deep understanding of payment system logic, digital wallets, acquiring, and related services;
- Ability to work with product analytics (metrics, unit economics, cohort analysis);
- Experience working with a development team;
- Systems thinking, strategic vision, and willingness to take responsibility for results;
- Knowledge of national payment system specifics, regulatory requirements (KYC/AML/CFT/ATF), and e-commerce/marketplace context - will be a plus;
- Experience with mobile products and UX metrics - will be a plus.
