Packaging includes all materials and services provided to enhance the safety of shipments for all categories of CDEK clients. We have 4 client segments, packaging is used in the services of all segments, contributes to the formation of customer value, and generates additional revenue. Key tasks will be related to improving product economics, covering all client needs, and developing internal accounting and analytics tools.
We are looking for someone interested in making packaging a driver of sales growth and a wow effect for the customer
You will be responsible for:
- Growing revenue and margin of the Packaging product across all company territories in all client segments and tariffs, reducing service costs
- Improving consumer characteristics of packaging, optimizing its price-to-quality ratio, testing and implementing new options for packaging client shipments and packaging as a separate product
- Enhancing customer experience related to the selection and ordering of packaging by clients in CDEK offices, through the personal account on the website, in the mobile app, including using ML technologies
- Developing internal digital products for packaging accounting and analytics
- Forming the roadmap, the backlog of the digital part of the product, and creating specifications for development
- Managing a high volume of cross-functional interaction to solve product tasks (development teams, commerce, service, network, procurement, finance, legal, etc.)

We expect:
- 2+ years of experience managing a commercial B2C/B2B product - building product development strategy, growing commercial and financial metrics, CJM, building optimal operational processes, forming a metrics tree and reporting on metrics. Experience with product analytics, skills in hypothesis testing, conducting research
- Experience working with logistics processes or with packaging as a product
- Skills in managing the IT component of a product, managing the roadmap of IT systems, creating specifications for development, experience working with API, UX/UI
- Experience working with cost of goods sold / service cost (preferably in logistics), understanding of billing principles
- High degree of independence and initiative in developing the product and its metrics, in defending product decisions
