Senior Product Manager at Mail
We are looking for a Product Manager who will create an intelligent, personalized, and intuitive email interaction experience within the mobile app.
You will design the homepage of the future — a dynamic dashboard with aggregated data that adapts to each user. Close collaboration with the ML team will be required to turn data into value for millions of people.
Tasks
- Design a dynamic dashboard — a page with aggregated data for key user scenarios
- Group data into blocks (life scenarios: travel, health, entertainment, and so on) and build a seamless CJM
- Select display formats (cards, widgets, mini-graphs) for different audience segments
- Implement content personalization based on user behavior and ML models
- Add customization to the page: configuring blocks and level of detail
- Integrate relevant proactive notifications and hints
- Implement smart filters and contextual search
- Visualize progress and statuses (checklists, timeline, indicators)
- Ensure navigation between aggregated data and full modules
- Test hypotheses (A/B tests) and optimize the interface
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Product Manager role (focus on UX and interface products)
- Experience in growing engagement metrics through UX improvements (with cases)
- Ability to design a seamless CJM and new use case scenarios
- Knowledge of RICE and HADI cycles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum
- Skill in launching and analyzing A/B tests
- Ability to structure data for convenient display
- Experience in interface experiments and implementing UI/UX solutions
Will be a plus
- Understanding of information architecture and visual design
- Experience with push notifications (with a focus on UX)
- Discovery research skills
- Basic knowledge of the advertising market
- Foundational knowledge in ML/AI
