What you will be doing:

• Develop the direction of operational technologies for foodtech and last-mile products
• Be responsible for the development and quality of dispatch courier assignment algorithms
• Build and optimize surge pricing and supply-demand balancing algorithms
• Forecast delivery time and ensure its adherence
• Develop shift and order planning algorithms for various business scenarios (prioritizing delivery speed, courier income, etc.)
• Work in close collaboration with development, analytics, and ML teams, as well as product managers
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to improve customer service quality
• Participate in discovery processes for new algorithms and, if desired, dive into the code personally

What is important for us:

• 5+ years of work experience in product management
• Background in ML / DS / analytics
• Experience in foodtech, e-commerce, or ride-tech
• Strong analytical and algorithmic competencies
• Experience in designing and improving algorithms (dispatch, surge, prediction, planning)
