We are currently looking for a Project Manager to help establish systematic work for the online store department and be responsible for task progression from initiation to final result.
We need someone who can handle a large number of parallel tasks, independently understand requests, correctly distribute them among employees, and keep track of deadlines within a remote team.
Main Responsibilities
1. Task Reception, Processing, and Packaging
- Receive and structure tasks from management and related departments (marketing, product, content).
- Independently understand the essence of requests, clarify requirements, formulate clear ToRs (Terms of Reference), and define priorities.
- Decompose large product and marketing features into specific stages and subtasks.
- Formulate clear tasks for frontend/backend developers, UX/UI designers, content managers, and marketers.
2. Remote Team and Workload Management
- Distribute tasks among department employees, considering their workload, competencies, and deadlines.
- Coordinate the work of remote specialists and monitor performance without micromanagement, but with strict adherence to agreements.
- Conduct regular planning, daily/status meetings, retrospectives, and document the outcomes.
3. Tracking, Risks, and Quality (Driving to Completion)
- Monitor deadlines, statuses, and task quality in Bitrix24.
- Proactively identify blockers, technical and resource risks, and escalate them to management.
- Ensure tasks are not lost, stuck, or incomplete, and are brought to the finished product (DoD / Definition of Done).
- Prepare summary reports on project status and team output.
What's important to us:
- Mandatory experience working with fully remote teams (developers, designers, content managers).
- Experience in positions such as Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Operations Manager / Team Lead for 2+ years (in digital, e-commerce, IT, or online store sectors).
- Understanding of web development processes (Frontend / Backend) and collaboration with product/content teams.
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience managing projects in Bitrix24 (tasks, projects, Gantt chart, automation).
- Independence: you don't wait for detailed instructions, you know how to ask the right questions and get to the core of the task.
- Systemic approach, proactivity, stress resistance, and the ability to achieve results from performers without conflict.
