💥Hiring: Tech Lead (AI / LLM / Python) — Telegram Mini Apps | GenAI | Remote

We are looking for not an “ideal manager”, but a person who knows how to quickly build AI products hands-on. Someone who can set up a FastAPI backend today, integrate LLM + RAG tomorrow, and optimize a Telegram Mini App for highload the day after.

We are an international AI startup in the GenAI / AI Companion / content generation space. We create Telegram Mini Apps and web platforms with AI characters, real-time content generation, and AI-driven mechanics.

💡Company: APEX PLAY 💰 $6000 - $7000 🌍 Remote ⏳ Full-time

⚙️ Responsibilities:

• Build backend architecture in Python (FastAPI) • Develop scalable microservices and APIs • Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse • Integrate OpenAI API, LLM, RAG, vector search • Work with LangChain / LlamaIndex / Pinecone / Qdrant • Integrate AI image/video generation: ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, IP-Adapter, LoRA • Fine-tuning / QLoRA / embeddings / retrieval pipelines • Develop Telegram Mini Apps / Telegram Web Apps • Optimize WebView latency, API performance, scaling • Implement CI/CD, Docker, deployment pipelines • Gradually build engineering culture and lead the team

🧠 Requirements:

• 5+ years in software engineering / backend development • 2+ years with AI / LLM / GenAI • Strong Python (FastAPI / Django) • Understanding of AI infrastructure and production AI systems • Experience with: LLM, RAG, OpenAI API, vector DB, fine-tuning • Telegram Mini Apps / Web Apps — must-have • Full-stack mindset: React / Next.js / Vue — at a level to “handle the interface yourself” • Highload / scalability / performance optimization • Autonomous mindset — without micromanagement
