We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the team of a large restaurant business company. You will be responsible for testing POS software and solutions at the intersection of software + hardware — self-service checkouts, terminals, and other equipment, as well as backend and integrations.

📎 Responsibilities:

— perform manual testing of POS software and solutions on physical devices; — test POS systems, self-service checkouts, terminals, and other equipment; — verify user scenarios for ordering, payment, returns, and fiscalization; — test backend, REST API, and integrations; — perform functional, integration, and regression testing; — analyze logs and localize defects at the intersection of software, hardware, and integrations; — develop and maintain test cases and checklists; — participate in release testing and support.

📎 Requirements:

— from 3 years of commercial testing experience; — current hands-on experience in manual software testing; — experience testing solutions at the intersection of software + hardware; — experience with POS software, POS systems, fiscal recorders, self-service checkouts, kiosks, or payment terminals will be an advantage; — experience testing backend and REST API; — confident work with Postman or similar tools; — understanding of client-server architecture and integration interaction; — practical experience applying test design techniques; — completed higher technical education.
