We’re looking for an experienced Sales Director to join a leading international fintech media, events, and marketing group.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with a strong commercial background, proven experience building and scaling sales teams, and a track record of driving revenue growth.
📍 Cyprus (full-time, office-based) ✈️ Relocation support available 💰 €6,000–7,000 gross/month 💸 Event Revenue Bonus 🎯 Additional annual performance bonus
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a team of 7 sales professionals • Drive commercial strategy and revenue growth • Build, scale, and optimize sales processes • Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships • Deliver and exceed revenue targets across major international events • Collaborate with senior leadership on business growth initiatives
Ideal Background: • B2B Sales leadership experience • Forex, Fintech, Liquidity Provider, or Brokerage background • Proven experience building and managing sales departments • Strong people management and coaching skills • Commercial mindset with a focus on results and growth
