Sales Director | Events Division | Limassol, Cyprus We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead the commercial growth of an international portfolio of B2B events within the fintech, online trading, and financial services industries. 📍 Limassol, Cyprus 🏢 Full-time | Hybrid (2 days from home)
Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the events portfolio • Drive sponsorship, exhibition, partnership, and upselling revenue • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial KPIs • Build long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners • Represent the business at international conferences and events • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams • Improve sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting standards
Requirements: • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role • Background in fintech, online trading, financial services, or B2B events • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing sales teams • Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills • Experience working with international markets • Excellent English
