**Sales Director, Events ** Full-time / Relocation to Cyprus 🇨🇾 (Limassol office)
A global fintech company is looking for a Sales Director to lead the commercial growth of its events division.
Responsibilities: ▪️ Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase sponsorships, partnerships, and client retention. ▪️ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, onboarding, and performance management. ▪️ Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, sponsors, partners, and industry stakeholders. ▪️ Commercial Operations: Manage sales KPIs, forecasting, reporting, CRM processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. ▪️ Industry Representation: Represent the company at international fintech, trading, and financial services events.
Requirements: ▫️ Experience: 7+ years of sales experience, including senior leadership experience. ▫️ Industry Background: Proven B2B sales experience within fintech, online trading, forex, financial services, or B2B events. ▫️ Leadership Skills: Experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets. ▫️ Commercial Expertise: Strong negotiation, strategic sales, and client relationship management skills. ▫️ Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken).
