The Ambassador Program is our referral program for people who want to help connect more talent and hiring teams with CryptoJobsList.
Once you're approved, you'll receive your own referral link.
Share it with talent looking for opportunities, companies looking to hire or people in your network who should know about CryptoJobsList.
Your referrals are automatically tracked through your Ambassador dashboard, where you can see your progress, follow your position on the leaderboard and keep track of the network you're building.
You don't need to be a recruiter, a content creator or have a huge online following.
We're looking for people who are active in crypto and Web3 and naturally connect people with opportunities, whether that's online or IRL.
That might include:
• Content creators • Community managers • Recruiters • DevRel professionals • Newsletter writers • Event and meetup organizers • Ecosystem and community connectors • Active members of crypto communities
Maybe you share jobs in group chats, introduce candidates to teams, meet founders and builders at events, run a local community or simply know who to connect when someone says, "We're hiring."
If you have a network in Web3 and you're already making those connections, the Ambassador Program gives you a way to turn that activity into something trackable and rewarding.
The process is simple.
1. Apply
Submit your application through the CryptoJobsList Ambassador page. Every application is reviewed by our team before an Ambassador account is activated.
2. Get your personal referral link
Once approved, your unique referral link becomes available through your Ambassador dashboard.
3. Start making introductions
Share your link with talent and companies in your network.
When talent signs up through your link or a company posts a paid job through it, that referral is automatically attributed to you.
4. Track your progress
Your dashboard keeps everything in one place, including referred talent, referred companies, referral totals and your position on the Ambassador leaderboard.
You'll also receive a weekly stats email with an overview of your progress.
Ambassadors can earn rewards when their referrals lead to successful outcomes.
There are four Ambassador tiers:
Bronze - 5% per placement Silver - 10% per placement Gold - 15% per placement Diamond - 20% per placement
As you refer more, you can progress through the tiers, with higher tiers earning a larger share per successful placement.
Active Ambassadors can also share a monthly incentive pool on top of per-placement rewards.
And the program isn't limited to talent referrals. You can refer companies too and earn when those referrals result in qualifying conversions.
All rewards are subject to review and approval by the CryptoJobsList team. Approved payouts are processed within 30–60 days after a referral is confirmed and can be received in BTC, ETH, or SOL using the payout addresses connected to your Ambassador dashboard.

You'll be able to see the talent and companies you've introduced, build your position on the public Ambassador leaderboard and see the impact your network is having through CryptoJobsList.
Yes.
Once you're an Ambassador, you can also share your Ambassador referral link with people who would be a good fit for the program.
If they apply through your link, they'll be connected to you on your dashboard and count toward your leaderboard position.
Just like every other application, they still go through the CryptoJobsList review process before being approved.
Every Ambassador application is reviewed by the CryptoJobsList team.
If you're approved, we'll email you when your Ambassador access is ready. Your personal referral link will then appear on your dashboard so you can start sharing it and tracking referrals.
