Development Assistant (Crypto Exchange)

We are developing a financial service in Telegram that operates in the sphere of cryptocurrency and payment transactions. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Development Assistant who will work directly with the head of the department and help develop the business and current projects.

Conditions:

• Format: fully remote work;
• Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time;
• Starting salary: 60,000–80,000 ₽;
• Further additional percentage motivation based on results is possible.

Responsibilities:

• search for potential partners, clients, experts, and bloggers;
• maintain communication with external contacts;
• write and send cooperation proposals;
• engage in cold outreach and develop external contacts;
• search for new partnerships and customer acquisition channels;
• support and develop relationships with existing partners;
• participate in the launch of new directions and entry into new channels;
• search for and test promotion and lead generation tools;
• perform current operational tasks for the project;
• independently delve into new tasks and find ways to solve them;
• assist the manager in project development and relieve some of the operational load.

Who we are looking for:

We need an initiative-taking specialist with a commercial mindset who is interested in developing in the direction of business, partnerships, and external communications.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in business assistance and sales;
• Experience in crypto / fintech / payment services will be an advantage, but is not mandatory;
• Experience working with Telegram projects;
• understanding of digital tools, lead generation, advertising, SEO, and other promotion channels.
