We are looking for a business development manager who already has experience with payment services, banks, processing centers, crypto B2B products, and has worked with one of the target audiences. It is very important to have established connections, contacts, and partnerships already in place.

Billions.works offers payment acceptance in stablecoins with instant settlement to the merchant's IBAN. We have both a payment acceptance product and the ability to issue personalized IBANs in USD, EUR, and AED. We operate under a Canadian Money Service Business license and focus on low-risk clients.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Outbound prospecting in Apollo ai / LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on the agreed ICP; ▫️Managing the full deal cycle from the first touchpoint to contract signing; ▫️Working in CRM; ▫️Interacting with the compliance team during merchant onboarding; ▫️Account management for the first 3 months after connection; ▫️Regular reporting on the pipeline.

▪️Important: We are looking for someone who can manage long deals with multiple stakeholders on the client's side, systematically works with the pipeline, and closes deals. A regional director position is possible with relevant experience.

▪️Must-have: ▫️3+ years of B2B sales experience ▫️Experience in payments / fintech / crypto ▫️English C1, fluent spoken ▫️Experience closing deals from $50k ACV. ▫️Excellent negotiation and communication skills ▫️Fluent spoken and written language ▫️Ability to find a pretext and establish contact with anyone

▪️Conditions: ▫️Base salary: from 3,000 USD, depending on experience. Payments 2 times a month; ▫️Bonus: N% of revenue from the client for 12 months + fix from 500 USD per connection (a merchant is considered connected after making 5+ transactions). Payments 1 time a month. ▫️Annual paid leave - 30 calendar days; ▫️Remote work format; ▫️Probationary period - 3 months.
