We’re looking for a strong Sales Manager to join our team and help scale CryptoRank.
Responsibilities:
- Attract and convert new clients through inbound and outbound sales activities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
- Sell advertising placements and marketing services on the platform
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers
- Conduct sales calls, demos, and presentations with potential clients
- Represent the company at crypto conferences and industry events
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales (B2B or B2C), preferably in Web3, IT, FinTech, or Digital Advertising
- Solid understanding of Web3 projects, products, and market narratives
- Excellent spoken and written English (B2/C1) and native Russia
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of digital advertising formats and performance metrics
- Ability to independently structure and lead sales conversations from first contact to deal closure
