Company: NDA Work format: remote, full-time Candidate location: outside of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus

We are an international Web3 project and one of the top crypto exchanger aggregators. Our service combines offers from reliable partners, supports thousands of popular tokens, and finds the best rates on the market for the user.

Responsibilities: • Searching for and qualifying institutional partners (wallets, platforms, DeFi); • Conducting negotiations in English: presenting APIs, handling objections, closing deals; • Managing the funnel in HubSpot and overseeing the deal process; • Coordinating compliance and technical integration before launch; • Developing current partners and growing transaction volumes.

What we expect from the candidate: • BD experience in Web3 for at least 2 years in B2B sales/partnerships (crypto, DeFi, wallets, swap projects); • Product understanding: cross-chain aggregation, liquidity, and API integrations; ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for key decision-makers; • English B2–C1: negotiations, presentations, business correspondence; • Experience with the full deal cycle: from lead to growth after integration; • Experience working with CRM (HubSpot or similar); • Remote work from any country except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

Will be a plus: **• Network of contacts in Web3 (wallets, DeFi, payment services); • Understanding of partner integrations and experience interacting with technical teams; • Background in DEX / swap solution aggregators; • Second language (CN / ES / AR) for direct work with partners in priority regions and offline meetings; • Cases of partner volume growth (x2–x3+).
