Seeking a BD Manager

Company: NDA Work format: remote, full-time employment Candidate location: outside of Russia and Belarus

We are an international Web3 project and one of the top crypto exchanger aggregators.

Responsibilities: • Searching for and attracting partners (wallets, platforms, DeFi); • Conducting negotiations in English: product presentation and closing deals; • Managing deals and pipelines in CRM (HubSpot); • Supporting partners until launch (compliance + integration); • Developing partners and growing volumes.

What we expect from the candidate: • 2+ years of experience in BD / partnerships in Web3 (crypto, DeFi, wallets, swap projects); • Experience in the full deal cycle: from attraction to post-integration growth; • Ability to explain a complex product (API, liquidity, cross-chain) in simple terms for business; • English B2+ (negotiations and correspondence); • Experience with CRM (HubSpot or equivalent); • Remote work from any country except Russia and Belarus.
