Seeking a BD Manager

Company: NDA Work format: remote, full-time

We are an international Web3 project (crypto exchanger aggregators). Our service aggregates offers from reliable partners, supports thousands of popular tokens, and finds the best market rates for users.

Responsibilities: • Searching for and attracting partners (wallets, platforms, DeFi); • Conducting negotiations in English: product presentation and deal closing; • Managing deals and pipeline in CRM (HubSpot); • Partner support until launch (compliance + integration); • Partner development and volume growth.

What we expect from the candidate: • 2+ years of experience in BD / partnerships in Web3 (crypto, DeFi, wallets, swap projects); • Experience in the full deal cycle: from attraction to growth after integration; • Ability to explain a complex product (API, liquidity, cross-chain) in simple terms for business; • English B2+ (negotiations and correspondence); • Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar); • Remote work from any country except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
