Business Development Manager Required

▪️Responsibilities ▫️Search, attraction and launch of new payment partners (banks, providers, local payment solutions). ▫️Development of new geographies. ▫️Building long-term relationships with international partners. ▫️Negotiating commercial terms and pricing. ▫️Supporting integrations in collaboration with internal teams. ▫️Optimizing the operation of the existing partner network. ▫️Analysis of local markets and search for new business development opportunities. ▫️Forming a development strategy for the assigned region and independently bringing projects to launch.

▪️What we expect: ▫️Candidate location outside of the Russian Federation ▫️Knowledge of the specifics of the financial industry (banks, fintech, acquiring) ▫️Excellent understanding of the local payment market, regulations, key partners and business processes. ▫️Own database of relevant contacts ▫️Experience in independently searching, attracting, and launching new partners. ▫️Knowledge of integration processes and formation of commercial terms. ▫️English language proficiency — B2 or higher.

▪️Conditions: ▫️Remote work format ▫️5/2 schedule ▫️Salary payments twice a month ▫️Business trips to the UAE
